The Art of Fitness: Cultivating Strength, Mindset, and Balance

This signature workshop blends mobility, strength, breathwork, and reflective practice to help you build strength, form sustainable habits, and reshape self-image. Through personalized exercises and mindset work, you’ll learn how movement can be an expression of who you are — not just something you do.

Format:  In-Person

Individual Sessions (1-on-1)

  • Short Intro — 1h: $60 USD
  • Standard Session — 2h: $90 USD
  • Extended Session (3–8h): $45 USD per hour
    (For longer customized sessions, such as full-day studio work.)

Small Group Workshops (2–6 participants)

  • Short Workshop — 3h: $60 USD per person
  • Half-Day Workshop — 5h: $100 USD per person
  • Full-Day Workshop — 8h: $160 USD per person
  • Multi-Day / Mini-Course (3–5 sessions × 3h): $300–$450 USD per person

Note: All prices are final — no additional taxes apply.

  • Book 3 workshops upfront → 10% off
  • Mini-course / full semester paid upfront → 5–10% off, (Upfront means full payment at registration — no installment options offered)
  • Returning students → 20% off

Individual Sessions (1-on-1)

  • Cancel ≥24h before: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Cancel <24h: 50% fee or free reschedule if a slot is available in the same cycle
  • No-show: Full session fee

Small Group Workshops (2–6 participants)

  • Cancel ≥7 days before: Full refund or transfer
  • Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund or transfer
  • Cancel <3 days / No-show: No refund
  • Transfers: Allowed within same cycle if space permits

To register for any workshop or course:

  1. Contact Us via email to discuss your preferred schedule, format (online or in-person), and workshop/course length.
  2. We will confirm availability, customize the plan if needed, and provide full instructions for completing your registration.
  3. Once details are agreed upon, you will receive a payment request (invoice or link) to finalize enrollment.
  4. Registration is complete once payment is received.

  • Students who have previously studied with Dr. Mohsen Veysi are eligible for a 20% Returning Student Discount.
  • Tuition is locked for first-cycle registrants — any future price increases will not affect your rate, including the Returning Student Discount.
  • Sessions are flexible and will be scheduled according to your availability and preferences.
