These workshops combine physical training with creative exploration — showing how body awareness, strength, and movement can fuel artistic practice. Sessions are adaptable: some focus on fitness-inspired drawing, others blend mindful movement with sketching or painting.
As a certified personal trainer and artist, I guide participants in discovering the links between physical energy and creative flow. Depending on the workshop, we may also collaborate with yoga or movement practitioners to deepen the experience.

The Art of Fitness is more than training — it’s a creative practice. Drawing on my work as both an artist and a trainer, I treat movement as a form of art: a balance of discipline and imagination, structure and flow. Each movement is an act of awareness; every session becomes a canvas for self-discovery.
