About the Founder
Dr. Mohsen Veysi is an internationally trained artist, art historian, and educator with over a decade of teaching experience in Italy, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada. He holds a PhD in Art History from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, an MFA from the University of Cincinnati, and degrees in Painting and New Media from the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence.
Mohsen’s distinctive approach, Art History in Practice, bridges academic insight and hands-on creation. Fluent in multiple languages and rooted in both Eastern and Western traditions, he brings a transcultural perspective to every program.
Through TAS, Mohsen offers immersive experiences where art is not only studied but felt and created — whether sketching in a Renaissance piazza, exploring a Roman ruin, or analyzing masterpieces in Italy’s iconic museums. [Read full bio → ]
